T.R.L. stands for Truth and Real Life. Taken from John 14:6, we teach the youth of Grace that Jesus Christ is the one and only anwser to all your needs - he is the way, the truth and the life.
Our goal is to teach middle school and high school aged teens that you shouldn't wait untill you're "grown up" to serve and please God. We strive to teach them the comforting, encouraging, energizing and constant truth that can only come from one source - the Bible.
We want our groups to be a place where the youth feel safe to discuss any topic that might be on their minds and know they have people that are there to give them Biblical advise and there to pray with them.
We are here to support the parents in the Biblical upbringing of these teens and are devoted them wholeheartedly.

"Sunday Service"
Grace Community Church
10:00-11:30am
Sunday Service is a time where we break up into Middle School and High School groups and discuss God’s purpose and active involvement in the lives of our youth, while focusing on applying Biblical principles to every day situations. The material is kept on the "light" side and focused more on teaching over discipleship. We meet in the youth room for announcments and prayer after worship, then we split up - High Schoolers stay in the youth room while Middle Schoolers move to the Church Office.

"Youth Bible Study"
Youth Room
Tuesdays 5:30-8:00pm
As part of "Family Night" the youth is offering a Bible study for Middle Schoolers in the youth room after the pot luck and worship. It will go a little deeper than Sundays, but is perfect for the teens that are not ready for the "heavier" topics discussed on Wednesday nights.

"Youth Group"
Gym/Youth Room
Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm
Youth Group is a time when the youth come together as a large group to fellowship and grow. We typically go a little "deeper" and make the kids think more about their faith when you compare our lessons to Sundays, but our goal is the same - to get the teens to see that God cares about every aspect of their lives and that they can live for Christ today! We do discuss topics that may not be appropiate for Middle Schools, such as drugs, drinking, cutting, depression, bullying, etc.

"Outreach Night"
Youth Room
Last Wednesday of the Month 6:30-8:30pm
In place of the regular Youth Group, the last Wednesday of the month is Fellowship Night. This is designed to teach kids that their Christian relationships are a huge part of their spiritual growth. We encourage the teens to invite their friends....it's a great outreach opportunity. We usualy order pizza and watch a movie! Movies are G or PG rated - if a PG-13 movie has been chosen, parents will be given advanced notice and an opportunity to view the movie before they make their decision. No movies will be show that have not been seen and approved by a youth leader first.

"The Music Thing"

Thursdays 7:00-8:30pm
The Music Thing is an opportunity for the teens to come and get free lessons on pretty much any tinstrument of their choice and learn the true meaning of Worship!

"Game Night"
Gym
2nd and 4th Fridays of the Month 7:00-8:30pm
Game Night is a chance for the kids to get together and have fun while playing games - dodgeball, basketball, frisbee, tag, etc. This is a WONDERFUL time to invite your friends that might not know Christ yet!
