Even through we are not meeting as a congregation, that doesn’t mean you can’t still have praise and worship in your house!  Our Worship Team is still here for you, ready to help in any way we are able to.
Here are some worship songs to help lead you in worship this week.

If Our God is For Us

Our God
By Chris Tomlin

“And if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us. And if our God is with us, what can stand against?”
If God has given up his own son for us, that whom is most precious to him, why then will he not give us all things? If you are living in God’s word and praying for God’s word, then ask what you want and it will be given.
John 15:7 says: “If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.”
And Romans 8:31-32 says, “What then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all- how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?”
Ask God to show you the areas of your life that are getting in the way of a closer walk with Him. What attitudes or idols are you putting before Him? Right now ask him to reveal himself to you as you worship and sing our God is greater!

God Satisfies Now and Forever

Better is One Day
By Chris Tomlin

“My heart and flesh cry out, for you the living God. Your spirit’s water for my soul”
This song comes from Psalm 84:10, which says, “Better is one day in your courts than a thousand elsewhere; I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked.”
I would rather be a servant to our loving Father than to be praised by people that are of the world. Their praise and riches are temporary and satisfy for only a short time. God will satisfy now and forever. No matter the situation or change ahead, God will give you peace and understanding. When you live for His glory, you are storing up heavenly treasures that will last an eternity. He calms our souls and brings rest to the restless.

To Give Thanks and Praise

10,000 Reasons
By Matt Redman

And on that day when my strength is failing,
the end draws near and my time has come.
Still my soul will sing your praise unending.
10,000 years and then forever more.
This song talks about giving praise amid all circumstances.  Even when things are difficult and seem unbearable, there are 10,000 reasons for us to give praise to God for His good, starting with Jesus Christ.  No matter your battle, Jesus has already won it for you and your opposer.
Romans 11:36
“For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.  To Him be the glory forever. Amen.”

For Comfort in Your Struggles

All The Poor and Powerless
By Leonard Jordan

All the hearts that are content,
and all who feel unworthy.
And all who hurt with nothing left
will know that you are holy.
Right now, many people are feeling powerless.  God’s Word has many promises of future joy, contentment and laughter!
Luke 6:21
“Blessed are you who hunger now, for you will be satisfied.  Blessed are you who week now, for you will laugh.”
Most situations and hardships are only momentary and, in time, they will pass.  Seek God for His learning, His understanding and His guidance.  Act and pray in faith and God WILL answer.

Praise God for His Living Water

Deep Cries Out
By Bethel Church

I’ve got a river
of living water
a fountain that
never will run dry.
Isn’t it amazing that God has provided a way for us to fellowship with Him?  He has given us His Son and His Holy Spirit so that we can convene with Him.  God is our hope and our refuge.
John 4:14
“But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.”
I you have accepted Jesus and have invited Him to take over your life, His living water will flow through you abundantly.  This world is only temporary and a joyful future awaits us.  Give praise today for all the Good in our Good Good Father.

Have a Firm Foundation in Life

Build My Life
By Pat Barrett

I will build my live upon your love
it is a firm foundation.
Matthew 7:24-27
“Therefore everyone who hears these words of min and puts them into practice is like a wise man who builds his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall because it has its foundation on the rock.  But everyone who hears these words of min and does not put them into practice is like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.  The rain came down, the streams rose and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell with a great crash.”
What foundation are you building your life upon?  Your ability to control a situation? Amassing money to provide happiness and entertainment?  Doing good deeds to earn forgiveness? The things of this world only satisfy for a short time. God will allow them to be taken away so that we can see the need of Him in our lives.  He is a loving and perfect God that wants communion with us.  When you build your life on the Word of Jesus, you are building your life on an unshakable foundation that will stand through anything that happens in your life.  Jesus is big enough and strong enough to carry every one of your needs.  You just have to let Him.

Having a Relationship With Jesus

God of This City
By Chris Tomlin

You’re the light in the darkness,
Hope to the hopeless, peace to the restless.
Greater things have yet to come,
greater things are still to be done in this city.
He is the God of this city, the Lord of this nation and the God of your life.  He sent His Son to die for you so that you might have a personal relationship with Him.
Romans 6:23
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
John 4:15-17
“If you love me, keep my commands.  And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever – the Spirit of truth.  The world cannot accept him, but it neither sees him nor knows him.  But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.”
When you allow Jesus to come in and take over your life, He sends the Holy Spirit upon you to speak to you and guide you.  Let Him with with you during the daily steps and He will bless you with His love, patience, joy and contentment in all circumstances.  He has a plan for the unseen future and want your faith and commitment to live our His glory through you.
